ビジネススキル
昨日、尊敬する人と、お話した。
その人は、「人が足りない」という。
仕事で、オファーが来るのだが、さばけない、と。
「頭切れる人や、ウェブスキル持っている人だったら、一杯いるじゃないですか」
というと、
「そういう人は、たくさんいる」
と仰る。
では、どういう人が足りないのか。
ネゴである。
ネゴができる人。
それは、単にネゴシエーターということではない。
コミュニケーションというものである。
いま、コミュニケーション能力と叫ばれて久しい。
就職活動の学生なども、何かあれば
「コミュニケーション能力に自信がある」という。

それは、社交性や、話をする能力とは
まったく別のフェイズなのである。
コミュニケーションとは、意思伝達。
つまり、相手の意図を汲み取り、
適切なソリューションを提供できるかどうか。
ねえ。
